I have personally seen Progressive deny a claim because the car was on a road not maintained for winter travel. Not even off-road. Just not regularly...

BTW - State Farm simply listed my upgrades and my agent took pictures to attach to my account.

State Farm is the only insurance company I recommend anymore, other than USAA for those eligible.
