Cool!! Thanks for the clear up guys, that makes sense!! When I did my HID/Projector conversion from a standard halogen healight, that housing reminded me and looked very much like a halogen.

They look cool...but I don't understand why they are in a Halogen housing. That just scatters the light everywhere and even though you can adjust it somewhat, there's still a lot of light scattering...

So why are you removing the fender flares? I thought you were very pleased with how they kept the sides of the Van clean of tire/road debris?
I like your idea of Rhino-lining the lower rockers,...
