make sure to use .70 as the transmission top gear...

make sure to use .70 as the transmission top gear ratio for the 5.4 tranny. Tire diam will be 32.7 if those are KO2's

Not sure if 5 Star Tuning has a solution for your year/engine but might be...

Yep, re-geared from 3.55 to 3.73 on 33's KO2's 285/70-17

Ran the 33's w the 3.55's and the gearing was too tall for me. Went 3.73's and still felt it might be too...
