That's good advice, I've only been to lone rock near page, but yes, sans vehicle would not be my choice, but having water views and access to the lake at the marina campground might make up a little...

Sorry to hear, there's some great fishing outfits below the dam or check out lone rock, big beach you can camp at on the lake or check out the slot canyons, I think to access you have to take a tour....
