Re: SMB Cutaway Project?

Any other updates or news about the cutaway version? $10,000 to paint it? Huh? That's crazy.

Doesn't look like there has been any interior work on the prototype. From the pictures I saw from the...

Re: SMB Cutaway Project?

Yeah, that's an interesting project too. A bit larger in physical dimensions than I'd be looking for, but a cool concept none the less.

Jonathan told me that they are working on this and said it would be a few months before anything was announced.

I can't help but wonder if they'll offer a...

Re: SMB Cutaway Project?

Thanks Dave. I look forward to your pics and write-up.

Re: SMB Cutaway Project?

Well I think they are. Their rig is just a concept vehicle I was told. From what I gather they are doing something similar with one of the big time companies. I can't remember who they said they're...

Re: SMB Cutaway Project?

Thanks Dave. Yeah, the Fuso power options are limited and I'm not sure if the transfer case in the current Canter has a low range. Not only that, but a Fuso 4x4 costs a good $10,000 more than a V-10...

Re: SMB Cutaway Project?

I'm anxious to find out what becomes of this!
