It is a standard shelf it product then I made a little bracket to place all the Carling switches in with the plastic switch holders. Turned out nice so I powder coated it black.

I think these are called Carling style switches. I just moved a bunch from my lower panel to the ceiling area. I am pretty happy with the relocation. I do however need to redo my home made bracket...
