Mine's in the homebrew section.......bought it as 4WD, chopped the roof off and bolted on a PH, now building out the interior, so somewhat similar.

If this were my van, I'd be yanking that and replacing with stock.....but that's just me......

People either swear by them or swear at them.

The intake appears to be completely stock, which IMO...

I've heard this too but I struggle with the concept.....that's what tranny filters are for......and why doesn't this same logic apply to the crankcase, etc etc....I understand that engine oil breaks...

You can also crank the spring preload up a little if the top seems heavy. There are helper springs (for the first part of the top travel) and lift mech springs that can both be cranked up with...

tranny is cheaper and easier to install than the PH top.........the black rocker panels are interesting....

I wouldn't hesitate either....................
