The washers on the bottom of each hinge take a lot of weight...you could try printing nylon but picking up some Delrin rod and slicing washers may be easier.

The spacers are 1 1/4" dia black...

Having built my own bumper using Aluminess...

Having built my own bumper using Aluminess swingarms.....the spacers have at least 2 important jobs.......

They reduce/eliminate the swingarm and box/tire from slamming up and down vertically...
