Was able to modify an aqua-tainer from walmart to accept a threaded barb and connect the hose to it. Camp host was impressed I actually figured something out.

Yeah this is the strictest place I've ever encountered. They actually inspect your setup to make sure you have what they require whether you're using their water or not.

Wal-Mart had a blue plastic water tank with a threaded part for the dispenser. We tried to see if a hose would thread into it but it didn't fit. Probably have to figure something outside of the box...
