Correction - There is an open channel on one side...

Correction - There is an open channel on one side - so basically the arms appear as a "U" framed - one side open - setup for all four torque arms. When installed the "U" faces downward --

Thanks for reply Steve C -- Yes they are fully boxed in - I missed taking a photo of the lower/longer torque arms from the other side - but they look the same as the upper/shorter torque arms -...

Greetings -- a few weeks back - someone posted they were looking for a replacement for a broken Quigley torque arm. I can't remember who that member was and can't find the post.
