Good info. It's nice when you figure out stuff on your own. Hopefully this will help others in the future. Myself I don't like solid wire in a vehicle that bounces around. Butt connectors suck too...

Looking at yours, it doesn't seem that mine is any higher than yours but it isn't directly behind my front tire. I thought the Danhards are mounted at the rear and also thought they were tucked up...
