I think going with a larger brake system is the best choice. The upgraded rotors and pads have helped but really only with brake fade. The stopping power did improve but only slightly and difficult...

Mine go about 50K and the fronts go first. It's a daily driver around town but does see the hills quite often. My van is pushing 12,000 lbs but also pull a light 4x4 trailer. I'm using Super brakes...
