Re: New 4x4 Build/03 7.3 with SMB top

Should have pointed out that copescobra van is a 2000, so there's not as much room behind the bumper as your 2010.

Re: New 4x4 Build/03 7.3 with SMB top

I've used the DP tuner several times on the 7.3. I like the options that he has. High idle, eco tunes, towing tunes, lots of options on his site. They set me up with some crazy stuff for V4 that I...

Re: New 4x4 Build/03 7.3 with SMB top

Thanks! There's no good setup to run a winch with the stock bumper. It would have to be a portable winch on a front receiver. I'm not a huge fan of that since we all need at least a 12K winch and...

Re: New 4x4 Build/03 7.3 with SMB top

This van doesn't have RSC, it just has the axle upgrade to get the big brakes (14.5" diameter), serviceable wheel bearings & 35 spline axle shafts. The RSC upgrade also comes with crossover steering...

Re: New 4x4 Build/03 7.3 with SMB top

Not yet. We'll be starting with the bolt in sending units, I believe the 92 has a slide lock style sending unit.

Re: New 4x4 Build/03 7.3 with SMB top

We'll be in production late Jan. Won't work on a Q van though since they add the big t-case adapter and move the tank back. You'd have to change the output shaft and add a truck t-case adapter to...

Re: New 4x4 Build/03 7.3 with SMB top

Been working on this rig, mocking up some new parts that I'll be selling soon. A new fuel tank, aluminum and 39 gallons.

Re: New 4x4 Build/03 7.3 with SMB top

I asked him if it was ok, and he said yes. 18K for the van. There were 3 of these that came available at the same time and they all sold for that.

New 4x4 Build/03 7.3 with SMB top

This is a great example of a van with a ton of potential getting what is deserves. A SMB pop top and a UJOR 4x4 conversion! This 03 van is a gem with under 15K on the clock and it still smells new....
