It wouldn't be, but when I bought the van I didn't notice that the previous owner WELDED the front tab of the fenders at the radiator support, so it's going to be even more of a lengthy process...

I did do that. It's leaking behind the padding on the inside of the van and is coming from above and between the hood cable grommet and the PCM connection, higher than I was able to peel the padding...
