Right now we are using standard two plate hard alloy injection mold (7050, 7075 alloys) we’ll get about 100,000 + parts with proper mould maintenance....

These are UV resistant, that being said anything in prolonged sun and heat will and can break down over time. I kept mine mounted on the top of my van for over 6 months. They still look new other...
