Horns are mounted down below the driver's side headlight.
My non working horn turned out to be a result of corrosion on the contacts there.

Yep I already replaced the relay to no avail. All the fuses are good.

Just picked up my 1999 Chevy 3500 (Quigley) and the horn doesn't work. I replaced the relay and still nothing, not even a click or whimper. The fuses are all good.

I want to take the horn off...
