The glass fenders are a little lighter overall and should survive winter without issues. Paint and finish are a function of the install, but the fenders themselves are very durable on my setup.

Of course. The 08-up glass components are only available through Weldtec though, so that will clear it up nicely. The newer components made by ADV appear to be higher quality with better fitment. ...

It made a huge difference for my setup. We were seeing 235ºF and higher temps before, now we rarely see 200 unless it's a long sand section with high load and wheel speed.
