Yes E150 E250 E350 1992-2014 all use the same Bushwackers.

Sliding side door vans have narrower rear flares than the Barn door vans, so Bushwacker makes two different rear flares to fit them.

Bushwacker has a monopoly on E series flares...nobody else makes any kind of flare for them, and the market is small, thus the high pricing. That said, they do occasionally go on sale. I've never...
