For SMBs, or items that have sold, I try to update the thread title (a "perk" for being part of the admin team) as time allows, but I know I don't get to them all.

You can only edit your own post for something like one day.

The challenge with allowing people to edit their posts at any time is that some people come in well after posting and start deleting...
