All things being equal, I would have far preferred the 7.3L over the 6.0L, but things weren't equal, and I didn't have choice. I'm sure Ford would have preferred sticking with the proven 7.3L, but...

FWIW, as my SMB was being delivered to me by the previous owners, it threw an error code. Turned out to be the turbo, which was replaced under Ford warranty. Never got much explanation from my local...
