For a newish with most of the features I need/like close to $100K, for a 10 yo van maybe half, depending on the work that needs to be done?

Because of parking consideration, I'd rather have a penthouse/popup top for when in the city.
But I understand your rational. I'll get to sleep in a real (fire) house every 4-5 days for 24-48 hr so...
