Everyone needs to understand there are 3 sep factories...Indiana is the original, then Austin and Alan has West...and that one is like a franchise...that is why SMB West does...

If you are waiting 4 months I would recommend a phone call...not sure what your particular issue is or what has gone on before but 4 months just sounds strange.
