I'm going to bring this back up....... anyone out there have success with removing this or plugging this thing? I disconnected the electrical plug and it threw a chk eng light as I suspected it...

Somehow the emergency brake cable and housing came loose and wrecked a bunch of stuff on one side of the axle...not sure how that happens but that's what they're telling me. He told me its...

I did at least wait for the first 500 and changed the Atlas fluid before getting up there....with snow discussions like this it's REAL hard not to drop everything and head out!
We will have 9 day...

No, this all happened 175 miles AFTER any 4x4, or lockers were engaged. And it sure as hell wasn't dry in Tahoe these last few days. Legitimate question though.

Well, I've always been a Chevy guy and now 1,045 miles into my first F.ound O.n R.oad D.ead and shes on a tow truck.
Was up in Tahoe this last weekend (100" of snow in 60 hours) and used both...
