Speaking of which -- is there a way to get back the old simple Overdrive Off behavior? Like with a secret setting, or by using Forscan? I would love a way to select 4th gear manually, like the Overdrive Off button did.

One of 5-Star’s optional towing tunes does that. So it’s probably feasible with ForScan, but I haven’t researched what has to be changed there.

Yep, I think they will do whatever you want them to still but FYI they basically want to sell van owners an RV tune which may not be what you want. They have, in my experience of late, kind of watered down what they offer van owners. I'm sure if you talk to the right person there they will still work with you on getting as custom as you want them to.

I'm happy with the basic 87 octane (daily/RV?) tune they offered me for now. It primarily changes the throttle mapping (think pedal commander) and changes the tow/haul button to hold gears much longer and prioritize engine braking. The aggressive engine braking is weird to get used to but I like it personally.
