Birch plywood is used for all interior surfaces. Interior currently has no foam except in seats (which are from a Toyota Sienna and are much more comfortable/easier on the back than the originals as well as being much newer). Original interior was entirely stripped, and floor, walls and ceiling redone. Clean and has never had mold issues. All this was done because of chemical sensitivities to usual products used in RVs. Styrofoam sheet insulation installed behind the plywood. All plywood sealed with safe polyurethane sealer ("Polyureseal" from AFM Safecoat). Penthouse surround and screens in good condition, but clear vinyl windows need replacement. Van has great smooth ride even on rough roads.

Hey Sajaz. Do you know who did the 4x4 conversion? The ad says 3 new tires, what is the story with the 4th tire? Do you think it would be mechanically good for a 2000 mile road trip?

Thanks.

Hey Cody, when i sent photos to the guy who owns/runs Quadvan (they do 4x4 conversions) in Oregon, he said it was a Dana 50 TTB (twin traction beam) identical to what they used to use back in the first Quadvans; someone had added some support/stiffeners to it that he did not recognize though. So i believe it's a Quadvan conversion. We replaced 3 tires that were pretty shot in the last year but the 4th one had obviously been replaced shortly before i bought it, it is in pretty good shape. One thing i forgot to list in the ad is that the front hubs were newly greased when the rotors and brake pads were replaced, also in the past year. And yes, the van is dependable and everything is working well, so a 2000 mile trip will likely be fine, of course with the knowledge that stuff that looks and acts fine in a veteran vehicle of a certain age will at some point not be perfect anymore. Let me know if you need more photos.

Hi folks,

i finally got my FB Marketplace ad posted... and wonder what city might be the best place to post the ad... or if it matters, since the person searching can widen the search distance a lot from their original location... any comments would be very welcome! Thanks.
