Wow.

I just posted a request to see if there are any members in Bend that can go take a look at this for me. I will be a new owner and would love to have a practiced eye take a look before I head out there.

I am in S. Utah, but if it is a good deal, I do not want to pass it up.

I wrote the owner last night and he has some interested buyers, but no one has stepped up.

Any input greatly appreciated.
