It is my Van, title in hand. Owner for about 6-7yrs, 2nd owner.

Not driven in winter/salt. Frame is solid. Normal surface rust for a 20yr old vehicle.

Hi, if you can do you have any pics of a side view both sides and rear view with the camper top not up. You said it has pop out windows I guess in the back, also like to see what the rear looks like. I’m in South Florida, hard to just come and see easily. If it’s as nice as you say i might just have it shipped. If you have any videos of a walk around and running would be helpful. Does it have stock exhaust also

Congrats on your new toy Cory! Overcoming the initial purchase price wasn’t the ‘finish line’…with all the great advise & upgrades shared by the talented members in this forum, I think you’ll soon discover it’s only the ‘starting line’.
I would take a look at both your LP and C02 detectors - the one visible in an earlier post looks out-dated. You’ll want to inspect the expiration date on those - Safety first.
