The body has some rust in the passenger rear quarter and over the passenger rear wheel well. The van had roof racks on it in a past life and there is rust where the brackets mounted to the gutters. There is rust around the rear 3RD brake light and over the windshield (all the common areas these vans rust). I have been told that the quarter panel and wheel well wouldn’t be too bad cost wise to fix. Roof could be patched or might be a good candidate for a hard top install?

Van is ready to get out and enjoy, but it is a work in progress and not comparable to a million dollar Sportsmobile (looks wise). I have all of the maintenance records since I have owned it, and have tried to “overkill” everything as it was needed. Van will go just about anywhere off road, I run out of courage before it runs out of ability! Registered as an RV in California. I’m keeping the camping gear shown in rear storage drawers, otherwise what you see is what you get. I do have a dual steering stabilizer and a HD trans cooler that will go with the van. Both are brand new, just have not had time to install.

Asking $39k or Best Offer

Van is still loved and being enjoyed. I will continue putting time and money into it if I don’t get a reasonable offer.

A lot more time and money than it might appear at first glance! I have receipts for $50k++, not including any labor for the 4x4 swap.

If someone is looking to do a build out, they would be 6-9 months ahead and thousands of dollars ahead by starting with this, plus they would be able to start enjoying it immediately and build out to their needs. I had planned to put a hardtop on it or wait for a clean 2wd body to swap onto it.
