Our roof rack has shifted and one side is lower than the other. It seems straight forward that you loosen the supports and push it up but that isn’t working. It seems to pull really hard on the rear supports to where we were afraid they would pull off the van top. I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with this and whether there is a specific way it should be lifted and straightened. I’ve included a few pics.
