Our Danhard AC recently quit cooling. We only use the AC while driving. I found a couple of old threads on these systems:

My understanding is that the Starcool is linked with the Ford AC while driving (we have a 2012 E350 SM:cool:. The Ford AC works but not the Starcool. The Starcool fan comes on but blows warm air. So, maybe a fuse? Where are these fuses located?

The Danhard AC is a separate system, it is not tied to the Ford AC system like the predecessor Startcool II and Starcool III systems. I have a manual for a Danhard unit that isn't the greatest IMO. I don't have any firsthand info on the operation of the Danhard unit, as I had a Starcool III. I would say check the 110V breaker, and then the thermostat to make sure it is working.
