E-Series Wall and Ceiling Panel Templates

I run a small Van Conversion shop in Seattle and frequently work on SMB/Econoline/E-Series Vans. I’ve noticed that not many vendors sell wall/ceiling panels or templates anymore and I get lots of requests for them. So I have made a set of wall templates for RB length cargo vans (adapted from VOLT), but also include the ceiling panels templates, which could be fairly easily adapted to LB. Also includes those oddball rear wall sections by the rear doors.

We also offer upholstery services for the wall/ceiling panels, as well as insulation and lighting options if you want a set made. Can sell as a kit or as individual products. Or we can cut/ship a plywood set for DIY.

Paper wall/ceiling panel template kits run $500. Saves you a ton of time trying to make your own!

I'll also attach some photos of the actual paper templates below. Or we can also email digital copies for $250 that you can print yourself on a large format printer. They are full-scale JPG images of the paper templates. The same ones we take to the printer at FedEx Office.

The template kits include the ceiling panels, but you might not need those if you have a high-top?

Our templates are designed to end the panels below the ceiling/roof corner bump-outs, sitting in the window bays just because so many folks have high-tops or pop-tops and it makes a nicer transition. Plus, you lose a lot of interior space if you run the panels on the inside of the bump-outs all the way up to the ceiling, like 5-6" per side.
