Just completed my build of a MOVE precision bumper for my 2006 Econoline.
Fitment and kit quality was very good, I am pleased at how it turned out. I used Rigid 4" lights and they fit perfectly in the cutouts. Price wise, it was just the cost of the kit, some weld wire, and $200 in powdercoating, so pretty tough to beat.
Following the generic instructions for mounts location was not ideal, I ended up moving the mounts a little bit to get the bumper to fit correctly and have full range of adjustment on the mounts.
I did fabricate some things, added more support between the bumper shell and the mounts, added tabs for my air compressor connection and front viewing camera, and fabricated a hidden fastene, removeable license plate mount.
Total time invested was an afternoon to tack and fit everything, another 2 evenings to weld and grind the welds, and then a few days fidding with the odds and ends like the license plate mount.
This is listed as a non-winch bumper, there is plenty of room to add a winch if desired, there would need to be some modifications made to the front face of the bumper to allow the fairlead to mount properly.
I would recommend a MOVE kit to anyone.
