Here are some nice vans currently listed in the FB Marketplace in the CA/NV area. Hopefully, this helps anyone who's in the market. I also listed the prices to document the current market.

Many people don't subscribe to some of the social media platforms (myself included), so it's a great idea yonah to attach the brief description, Price, and a Picture.

Here's a photo and some info:
2000 E350 SMB 2WD 5.4L V8 fixed top w/ 59,600 miles, $26,500:

Thanks, happy to share! Here are a couple more:

This one is listed as a 2006, but I messaged the seller last year (it has been listed since last summer) and I think it's actually a 2004. SMB 4x4 E350 6.8L V10 fixed top RB50 w/ generator. IIRC, it has some superficial fiberglass damage on the back from an encounter with a tree limb and some holes in the rear door from a previously mounted ladder, 130k miles, $46k:

you have Fords on every street corner for sale in your area
there must be a maximum of 10 Ford E350s in France

Seems like a really good deal in 2024:

'99 E350 V10 blue, 133,200 miles, paint failure on the hood and roof, priced at $5,950

Plus when Craigslist ads are gone - no evidence remains! It's always good when people put more info in the actual posting.

FB - it's a crazy wild west - I may or may not know someone who says at least a fake account for FBM is absolutely mandatory. Not only that but the algos are incredible - it's like Christmas with people who actually know what you want!

Some more cool rigs (most are in CA):

That dark green 99 V10 for 9k does things for me. Man, what a platform and price to start from!

Here's another cool van. This one is in TX. I'm not certain of the build make/model (maybe one of you gents can ID), but looks like it's a steal of price for clean stealth camper set-up with the fixed top.

2005 E250 5.4L V8, unsure of the mileage

From the ad: "Need to sell van due to health issues. Van set up for camping-microwave, fridge, tv and portapot included in price."

Here's another SMB - this one is in Florida. The ad doesn't mention the SMB build out, so there may be a deal to be had here.

'06 RB SMB 6.0L PSD, 129k miles, $14.9k.

That doesn't look like a Sportsmobile build. Not that it matters, just pointing it out. Pretty unusual van. Power windows and door locks but no cruise control. But it has a power seat (driver's at least) which looks OEM.

Interesting.

Yeah, definitely some oddities. I suppose someone could've purchased decals and "upbadged" their homebrew van. Does SMB/Fieldvan keep a database of past builds (similar to Quigley)? Maybe that's the best way to confirm.
