Ford 8.8 Spline count

I have a 1998 Ford E150 passenger van with a tow package. I checked the axle tag but I don't see a spline count. I have heard that there at 28 and 31 spline axles in the 8.8. I want to order a locker but I would prefer not having to disassemble the rear end to count the splines prior to ordering. Any ideas where I may be able to find out?

Never hurts to ask twice. Sorry I don't have a clue but I figure there are a few here who should point you in the right direction. Maybe those who would know just missed you post.
