Hi, my wife and kids have been camping since before covid. My wife and I think our kids are getting to old to want to camp with us anymore. So, on my birthday this year, we rented a van! It was fun, no kids!
Currently, we have a 2020 Palomino Palomini BH171 that we tow with a 1999 lx470 with only 135000 miles on it. Perfect for thewhole family. I will eventually sell both to afford a Sportsmobile! So thats me. I don't rely respond much or post much, most everything has been said or can be found. But, if I feel like I can help I give my 2 cents.

Once our kids were grown and gone, my wife and I "downsized" from a 19 foot van to a 17 foot van. We love it.. it's surprising how many more camping opportunities pop up thanks to just that 2 feet of length.

We too have been camping since waaaay before covid (like 40yrs before), and our Van has been the best toy I've ever owned. Sone great deals to be had lately, so hope it doesn't take you too long to make the transition..it certainly won't be one you'll ever look back on with regret!
