I have a hitch mounted spare tire carrier that holds 2 tires up to 37" tall that slides into a 2" receiver hitch. The basket that holds the tires folds back so that you can open your doors or fold down a tailgate without having to remove the tires. Tires sit upright in the basket and are tied down with straps (I would always run a cable lock through the tires). It was powdercoated black but has sat outside for years so it's far from perfect condition. Local pick up only in SoCal. $100 obo.
