Hi folks, just retired this last year and moved to S W Montana and want to get a 4x4 SMB that is not so loaded, more of a day tripper . With over 10 years of owning our 95 E-350 Ford SMB , and all of the places we have been it makes it hard to sell. But we have no way to price our van and selling one is part of the $$$s to buy another The Grey Whale (wife names everything) is a loaded rig for a van. A quick list, 7.3 PSD,175k, HD E40D , 2WD, More, voyager top, awning, solar, generator, elec. HWH,flush toilet, shower, sink, microwave, frig. rear a/c, 2 grey tanks, 1 black, 16 gal. fresh, goucho bed, more. Soooo if any of you SMB lovers can help that would be great. We have cruzed the internet looking for one set up like ours but can't seem to find one. Also I suck at computer!!

Pics........always need pics.

Have you thought about having it converted to 4x4??

Depending on the budget for your future SMB, it might make sense to convert your current van to 4x4. You mention you want one that's less "loaded"...care to explain what you're looking for in your next van?

Was lookin for a less loaded rig, more of a day tripper for atving, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, beer run. Penthouse top would be the ticket, we like our stand up top for all the traveling we have done. We bought a 26ft Born Free rv in SC in Feb and did the 4000 mile, 3 week trip back and decided to sell the grey whale after we got back. We put another 7000 miles this summer running around the NW in the BF,and the boss just loves it. The BF will in the shop for the winter, and we want 4x4 for the snow play this winter.
