New owner 2006 sprinter

Hi,

I just inherited this from my mother. She bought it new in 06. Has 40k miles on it. I dont know anything about it but the interior plan is only setup to sleep one person and we have a family of 4. It has tons of cabinets and a ridiculously long kitchen counter that takes up the whole side of the van. Can interiors be swapped or were these all one-offs? Great rig just not configured for our family needs.
