Hello everyone,
So a little back story. Around the year 2000 I went to an ATV park and parked my truck and trailer beside what I thought was just a lifted van. As the couple began to set it up I was amazed that it had a pop up top. After looking in it I was hooked. I wanted one so bad but at that time I was not in a position to afford a 50k plus rig. For years I wanted a Diesel 4x4 SMB and around the year 2008 I had became successful enough to be able to afford one. I almost pulled the trigger but ended up selling all my ATVs and kind of back burnered the whole idea. I would see them from time to time and think "man I should have bought one when I had the chance" Well fast forward to 3 years ago and I was bite by the RZR bug. I thought "how cool would it be to have one for a tow rig" and I began looking again. Shortly after that I was diagnosed with cancer. For 3 years I sold everything we had, lost our business and spent every single dime on medical bills (no Obama care for me) and could not afford any extra activities and never really felt like being outdoors. Well Feb 20 of 2016 I finally beat this and began to get things back in order in my life. We clawed our way back and got a heck of a deal on another RZR and really enjoyed spending time back outdoors. Of course I would still like to have a newer diesel 4x4 SMB......who wouldn't but the money was not there to purchase one and trust me our priorities have changed. We ended up buying a house in a very small town and out of nowhere I ran into our new SMB. No its not a E350 with 4wd, heck its not even finished out inside but we are very excited and blessed to own our new rig. We found a 2000 E150 SMB from the original owner. Shes not new but shes new to us. 120k on the odometer and has been very well taken care of. Im sure I am going to have a million questions that I am sure ill find the answers to on here in the future......but for now I am going to get a hitch on this rig and see how she pulls our little open deck trailer with the RZR on it. If she handles that then I am perfectly happy with it. The interior was never finished. The previous owner had the penthouse installed and the carpet and never took it any further. We both kind of like the idea of being able to design the interior how we want. We have no need for a kitchen etc so a simple build out will satisfy our needs. Sometimes when your not looking things just seem to fall in your lap, that is the case here. We can not wait to take her out and enjoy her.
