Nothing wrong with an 86.... but you might want to practice up on carb and distributor tuning because finding people in the wild that can is getting pretty rare.

You might consider killing one of your threads and sticking with only one on your van. It will be much easier to follow along that way.

You mentioned a Sportsmobile folder. Most have the original floor plan/specs agreed on by the owner and Sportsmobile. If that's still there it might answer your hole-in-the-floor question. But it's been almost 40 years. This thing has likely seen many owners.
