Hi all, I've been watching this forum for a long, long time in anticipation of one day having my very own SMB. About one month ago, I finally got one! Absolutely zip zero zilch no regrets, loving it!

I bought a 2009 E-350 with 6.0 PSD. With only 18k miles, it's practically new! It was in storage for a long time, so I've had to make a few repairs, but after a little TLC for the engine and such, it's ready for adventure. Now, if only I had the time...

Really enjoying all the info you guys share on this forum, learning more and using it as a great resource for information. And looking forward to contributing!

A few pictures of my van are in my profile folder. She's big and tall and has all the most awesome toys. I'm not sure which aftermarket feature I like the most yet; the air horn is definitely a favorite. :d3:

I can't wait to meet more of my fellow adventuresome souls. This one is dedicated to climbing, skiing, hunting, and ROAD TRIPS!

Congrats! That rig is georgious, what a great score.

Checked out your gallery, would love to see some more pics like side shots.

I noticed that you have an upper bed, whats it like with that voyager top? I've heard it can be tight.

It's certainly cozy in the loft. I'm a slender guy, so I can comfortably climb in, roll over, and move freely, including with my girl (no, not my dog:n5:) up there with me. I like having a dedicated bed space; noteworthy that the couch folds down to a bed, too. The loft is most definitely not for everyone, and I was hesitant at first. Now, I really really like the fixed top for convenince and warmth. Bear in mind: I'm a climber, and I'm comfortable sleeping in bivouac bags, tiny tents, small ledges, porta-ledges, etc.

I'll post up more pics soon.

I always thought your van was white, i was looking at your gallery again this morning and it's Baja Tan isn't it!? I love that color!

Beautiful rig. Not a huge fan of the 50 layout normally but like this one. Looks like a lot of room in the rear for storage.

The bench seat is wide with 4 seatbelts, so it's super useful as a daily-driver and for lots of friends. The back-end was certainly a key selling point for me - it retains all the functionality of the pickup truck I intend to sell - the easy-to-mop-out cargo area is good for dirty or snowy equipment.

With only 18k miles, it doesn't even have stone chips in the paint. It really is an eye-catching van (I've discovered this as I drive it...). Thanks for all the complements!
