Odd message

Most of the time I use TapaTalk to access the forum. Yesterday this message started showing up.

When I click on it I get this.



Unlike other messages this one continues to show even after it is read.

It's happening in other Tapatalk forums so it's a quirk on their end, I assume. Seems to have gone away today.
