Just wanted to say hello, been hanging around Expo for a bunch of years and often read hear and enjoy seeing what others are up to. Figured it was time to become a member and try to add back to the community.

This is our 1995 Ambo 4x4 7.3. Its not perfect but we do love it.

Thank you. I'll post a picture but we have a high bed for storage underneath for toys. No kitchen at this point as we do most of our cooking outside.

Looks like some HTML coding is embedded with your link. Tried to make one work unsuccessfully in this post, but was able to see one of the photos by copying and pasting the web address.

I see what you mean by high bed for toy storage. How much room is above the bed?

I don't have a built in stove either. I have a sink, microwave and fridge, and use portable stoves, gas and electric, for cooking.

Ill try to fix that picture. For some reason anytime I post a picture it needs to go through a Mod first, and I cant see if I posted it right until days after.

There is not a ton of extra room above the bed but we now have a much more thin memory foam mattress so we probably have 24 inches or so.

We did just build a removable cabinet that has some some storage and a sink with pump faucet on it.

I had a fridge and microwave but never really used them primarily because I needed to keep the engine running to power the invertor. I just wired in a house battery though so that will likely change. Going to get a small electric compressor style fridge and probably call it good.

This was a while ago, has had some body work since then and a little paint.

I think there is some "magic" post count you have to get to or a period of time before you get past the mod approval thing.

Looks very functional and you get a lot of toy storage.

Are you using some folding table with shelves for cooking? What is it, if you don't mind?

I think you're right as now I can post pictures it seems.

Toy storage is king for us, I think if we had a real interior we might hang out inside more but we only have the bed and the passenger seat swivels. Keeping bikes and kayaks inside is pretty nice for us and we still have a bed and floor space available.

Yes its a folding table that has shelves. Ill look at it when I get home and get you some details. Its been a great set up for us.
