If you use 'tap a talk' it gives you the size option prior to posting.

I use PhotoPad for resizing. Like the control and don't like TapaTalk's "uploaded by TT" promo. Plus, you can now upload directly from a browser, which let's you name and comment the pic.

In case my answer was confusing, I use and very much like Tapatalk for accessing the forum from my phone.

Why not just use photobucket? Kinda does it automatically?
I have an app on my iphone and my ipad and just upload them via that route and then I can post pictures to anything online through photobucket.
