pop top canvas

I'm looking to get a new pop top canvas made for my Delica . Figured this would be a good place to ask. Anyone know of someone that could make the fabric for me?

If you remove the old one to serve as a ‘pattern’, I could recommend a couple Sail shops located near me that would probably take on the project (just making the canvas, not removing or installing), BUT that’s only beneficial if you live on the East Coast…might help if you identify what area you’re in.

If you are near Loveland, CO, call Colorado Camper Van, if you have the old one. If they offer to do it and you are not local, you can also ship it to them.

As someone above noted, sail shops do this sort of thing assuming you can get the original off and to them in one piece. The idea here is to get it off and use it as a template.

Anyone know if SMB North (Indiana) still makes them? They made me a couple of them a few years back.

Jim and Nancy both retired, but they are still building vans there. Chad is running the office/shop now I think. They just recovered my couch/bed and might be willing to do a top also. A few years ago they put new canvas in our 2008 SMB poptop, but of course they probably have those dialed in.

I was looking into this at Sportsmobile West (Field Van) this time last year. This is what they can do for you:

"You are looking at $2,600 for a new canvas replacement. I now carry dark gray as well as the standard tan.
