Posting frustration

Im told I am logged in with email and new assigned password, but after carefully crafting a new thread (3 times now) and trying to submitt it I receive a message that says I am not logged in and cannot post.. Maximum frustration as I have what I think is an interesting question/problem.. HELP please!!!;

try clicking "remember me" when you login. Perhaps you are taking longer than the "activity" timer for your session timing out so when you hit submit after crafting your thread the system has "logged you out"?

Also, when crafting a post, if it's long, select it and "copy" it so if it doesn't post right you don't have to retype it again. I do it with my craigslist ads because craigslist always fails me.

Hey GS...I have had many frustrating times when I push 'submit' and it states I am not logged in...It usually happens b/c I am taking too long on pictures and by the time I have them picked I am logged out...so I have tried to refresh, and now I just copy my text, load pics and if it logs me out, I cut and paste my text back in and know where my pics are and try to hurry...

Same exact experience. I now try to remember to highlight and copy before hitting submit.

Checking the "remember me" box at login has worked for me. Also making an exception for cookies for this site.

Thanks folks. That all sounds right. Engineers feel they have to dissect everything as they write. Reports always took me twice as long as they should have.
