Road Armor Rear Bumper Spare Tire Latches

Hello, Has anyone found a replacement for these old Road Armor latches? Mine bind up and lubricants don’t help.

These are from a 2002 Ford Sportsmobile.

Yup, I got the same bumper and same latches. I replaced them with this part number from McMaster Carr: 5093A17. It was a like for like swap, all the mounting holes lined right up.
