Searching for members problem

How does one become enabled to search for members and send private messages to them? I had an interested buyer for my vehicle for sale but had to change my email address and need to reconnect with him. Thanks in advance.

It is pretty simple. Just click on "Search" at the top of the page, then in the box "Search for Author:" type the user name, then click "Search It" at the bottom of the page. hen you get the list of posts click on the user name. That will take you to their profile page and you can PM or e-mail from there. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the help. That is what I did but when I click on the members name, I get a message stating "you are not authorized to view the member list or profiles". So, how do I get authorized?

After the first three posts you'll be a full member. I just approved you and I thought I saw this was your third post.
