2001 Ford E-350 - Former "Severe Weather" Ambulance for a small mountain town in Northern California (fleet maintained 2001-2021)
7.3l diesel engine (215,000 miles). Engine starts up even in the freezing cold, and runs very smooth and strong.

4x4 Conversion by Salem Kroger. This is a heavy duty front leaf spring conversion. 4 hi/lo. Dash mounted hub locking switch (no need to get out and lock the hubs like most of these 4x4 conversions). This 4x4 works excellent, and the ride is great with the upgraded suspension.

This unit is in excellent shape. Was fleet maintained and stored indoors. No rust issues, paint, body, all in great shape. The engine runs very strong, and as you may know about these 7.3's, likely has many many miles left.

The Van:
Cruise Control
Power windows/locks
Front AC/Heat
Side mounted storage box with room for 4 extra batteries (house and/or starter battery tray).
Large side access storage compartment with lots of space/shelving.
Exterior flood lighting all 4 sides.
Fiberglass high top
4 Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac 245/75/16. Plenty of life left, currently studded (studs can be removed). But this van would look great with 35's
yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7

Rear Compartment:
AC/Heat (plummed into factory AC lines for cold, and engine coolant lines for heat)
1050 W Pure Sine Wave Inverter
15a shore power plugin (keep batteries charged, can run electronics, optional block heater)
110v AC outlets (can run off inverter/battery bank, or shore power)
12v DC outlets
Integrated lighting with 3 zones switched
Lots and lots of very high quality storage cabinetry/drawers (Leader is one of the highest quality ambulance builders)
Seating with seatbelts for 4 passengers in rear

Excellent van ready for adventure. The plan for this van was to gut the interior and do a full camper build from the ground up. After spending some time with the unit, I could not bring myself to touch the current interior build. The interior build by "Leader Emergency Vehicles" is incredibly high quality, and very well done. A lot of ambulance interiors look awful (very sterile hospital feel), but this one is great as-is, with the gray coloring and a great layout overall. This can be used as-is for adventure and camping, or with a few small tweaks you can greatly improve the amenities of the interior camper.

I have 5 other 4x4 camper builds in progress- so I am going to let this one go as-is. The interior is just too awesome, and too high quality to remove. This van is located in Bend Oregon. Come check it out.

Price: $34,500
Located in Bend, OR.
Thanks!
