The time has come for me to sell my project van. Since I got it, I've spent over 400 hours going through it inspecting, repairing and upgrading all the systems. Everything on this van works as is should. It's extensively equipped with upgrades like a full Aluminess suite, D60's front and rear, ARB lockers front and rear, Starcool (that blows ice cold air), Airtronic diesel heater and so much more. The extensive list of new accessories and parts are noted in the Craigslist ad. This van came out of California and is completely rust free, it runs great, and drives wonderfully.

Do not call this a project van! Way too equipped to call it that. It has a LOT of features, but I have to admit that my favorite feature is "Brakes on all wheels" :l2:

Well....super impressive work getting this thing turned around and with all systems working.
I had the opportunity to drive this rig, it’s a nice, clean, very well appointed SMB, the 7.3 felt and drove great.

Well, I guess I should clarify, that would be NEW brakes on all wheels :a2:

Very nice van.

Can I ask you, I didn't think "Roadarmor front winch bumper with recovery lugs"
made bumpers for our vans. Was that a "back in day" model, or did you have to adapt it?

"Project van" because the wife said "you need to get out of the house and find a new project" That and the fact that I love building these things..................

Sick van... great work and done with the eye of a particular owner.

Hope this sale is going to help you keep the dream alive in some way -- great work!

Awesome smb and awesome job with all you've done. Am in the market for one and would put this one at the top of the list...but bringing back to CA will add 9.5% sales and usage tax to the price buying out of state or from a private seller. But will still keep an eye on it and see if I can make it work. One question...is the pop top electric or manual? Thanks for posting.

Manual......I know this because I helped adjust the spring tension, pops right up now.

This is available again. I had a buyer, but he was unable to complete the transaction.

The wife says she want's her parking spot back, so it's time to stir up some new interest. I had a fully committed buyer who even sent me a copy of his next day, one way plane ticket, but he suddenly dropped off the face of the earth. So, I'll reduce the price to $55K for this awesome, super well equipped and amazingly clean SMB. I'd be happy to have it inspected by any competent mechanic, and because I've been through every system, I'll even give the new buyer a full systems guarantee.

I think the kids would way you were ghosted. I hate that. It really weirds me out and it happens all too often.

Sorry to hear about the flake-out...but it's a great smb and should sell quickly. My only concern is the high mileage and not being "bulletproofed". Any leak issues with the engine? It looks VERY clean and set up very well.
